Mudassar Khan is the Founder of ATH REP, established to provide strategic representation, career management and commercial guidance for athletes across multiple sports.
With more than 20 years of international executive leadership experience, he has advised organisations on strategy, technology, innovation and commercial transformation. Having led large-scale programmes across global businesses, he understands that long-term success is rarely the result of talent alone. It is built through planning, trusted relationships and disciplined decision-making.
Alongside ATH REP, Mudassar is the Founder of NXT FIGHT and Co-Founder of FYYTR. Today, he works with a select number of athletes, providing individual representation built on trust, discretion and long-term partnership.
Saima Amreen
Athlete Media, Communications & Brand Consultant
Saima Amreen supports ATH REP as an Athlete Media, Communications & Brand Consultant, helping athletes develop the confidence and communication skills required to represent themselves professionally both on and off the sporting stage.
With a career spanning broadcasting, journalism, public relations and strategic communications, Saima brings extensive experience in media engagement, storytelling and reputation management. Having worked with the BBC and across international media and communications environments, she understands how athletes can communicate with authenticity while building credibility with the public, sponsors, partners and the media.
Alongside her role as Chief Executive Officer of FYYTR, Saima works with ATH REP athletes to prepare for media interviews, public appearances, press engagement, sponsorship opportunities and personal brand development. Her guidance helps athletes communicate with confidence, navigate the demands of modern sport and build a reputation that extends beyond competition.
Her philosophy is simple: great athletes deserve to be recognised not only for their performances, but also for the way they inspire, lead and represent themselves throughout their careers.
